Jared Smithson

Jared began working for RJM in September 2020. Since then, he has helped recruit, train and develop the staff team in all areas of the business. His main role is to ensure the daily smooth running of the company. This involves making sure clients are fully satisfied with the service they are receiving and ensuring the staff team is equipped with the most up-to-date training available. Outside of work, Jared enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with his family.
